Serena Moro, CEO and founder of Cikis Studio, a consulting firm specializing in sustainability for fashion and lifestyle companies, offered an in-depth look at the current sustainability situation of Italian fashion companies within a global context.
This speech was based on key findings that emerged from the "Fashion and Sustainability Report 2023," a research project focused on the challenges that the fashion industry faces in the sustainability field.
Each year, Cikis Studio involves about 100 companies in the creation of this report, which has received considerable resonance in the media, including La Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Giorno, Ansa, Elle, Fashion Network and many others.

After a double Bocconi-ESADE degree and work experience at Mango, where she faced the challenges of Fast Fashion production, Serena dedicated herself to the study of environmental and social issues in the fashion industry and how technology could support them in sustainable development. Serena founded Cikis, a sustainability consulting company for fashion, with the goal of generating real impact in the industry. She is also co-founder of Forest Valley Institute, a nonprofit organization for climate innovation in Europe, and a partner in Green Vibes, an e-commerce platform dedicated to women's wellness.
